It's the end of the year as I know it...
Not sure about anyone else, but my year is winding down now. I've completed all of my year-end reviews, and all that's left are the compensation discussions.
Now that I've had a chance to reflect on the year, I realize that we've had a great year, and that 2006 will bring even better stuff.
What about you? Was 2005 a success? Are you hoping that 2006 is completely different from 2005? Or maybe you're not out of the woods yet.

2005 has been the most remarkable of my entire 53 years of life. I must write down my review of the year. I have had some major life changing issues in the last twelve months - time to reflect and write it down will be a great focus for me. Thanks again for the idea
